This year’s PSL is all about performance, and fans aren’t too accepting of poor games. Take, for example, the match between Mohammad Rizwan’s Multan Sultans and Sarfaraz Ahmed’s Quetta Gladiators. After winning the toss, the Gladiators became the first team in PSL season 7 to lose a match.

Sarfaraz’s Gladiators lost by six runs, and some have criticized him for his bizarre behavior on the field, while others have offered to lend him their shoulders and console him.

However, some ex-cricketers were also not happy with the attitude of Sarfaraz Ahmed after the match. And it seems like Sarfaraz didn’t like it this time, especially from Pakistan’s ex-cricketer Salman Butt. Salman Butt, who used to talk on his YouTube channel after every match of the PSL, is very active on social media platforms. However, Salman was also amongst those who criticised Sarfaraz after the loss against Multan Sultans.

But it seemed that Sarfaraz had something else to say. Sarfaraz took to his official Twitter account and tweeted, “Pakistan ko on duty beachne wala fixer jub niyat pe bhashan dega phir to Allah he Hafiz hai .#justsying”

However, his tweet went viral, like a fire in the woods, and fans across the world started retweeting his tweet. Sarfaraz slammed Butt by calling him a match-fixer. Some fans tried to make him calm down, and some questioned his approach. Salman Butt was accused of a spot-fixing scandal with Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Asif that occurred during a Test match between England and Pakistan at Lord’s, London, in August 2010. All three cricketers were banned by the International Cricket Council for 5 years from international and domestic cricket. So some fans were also curious about Sarfaraz’s tweet.
