After showing the ruthless performance on the fifth day of the second test, India showed shabby performance in the first innings of the third test, just bundled out for 78 runs which were lower than the last test match partnership of Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah.

Surprisingly Indian captain has won the toss, to opt bat first only to see the embarrassment. K L Rahul who was outstanding in the home of cricket Lords, thrown his wicket in very first over without disturbing the score board. Batsmen were keep walking towards the dressing room, as they came for walking in the evening to the park.

Only two batsmen could able to cross the two-digit scores, Rohit Sharma scored 19 runs and Rahane scored 18 runs. Apart from these two no one was able to touch the double-digit score. Eventually, India’s misery came to an end when Siraj lost his wicket to Craig Overton. England bowlers James Anderson and Craig Overton took three wickets each, and Robinson and Sam Curran took two wickets each.

After seeing India’s performance fans started to express their points in Twitter, as usual, Michael Vaughn posted by quoting ” Good Evening India” with a thumbs-up smiley,

and Indian fans again trolled him back in Twitter, some of the tweets we have shared for your views,

India is leading the five test match series by 1-0 after winning the second test. It seems that India is having a minimum chance in this test match until unless any miracles can save them. Already England erased the deficit to get the lead in the first innings without losing wicket.
