C Sarathkumar came to professional cricket in late 20s, Bishop Heber cricket academy, Trichy, where he was pursuing the cricket under the coach of Mr. Veeraraghavan ( C Sarathkumar gave credit to his coach after TNPL 2024 final). Fortunately his dream came true in his 30s when Veteran cricketer, Ravichandran Ashwin found his talents with the bat.
