We are just a few days away from the first ODI match between India and West Indies, but it looks like this week is going to be a hard week for India and its fans. We are talking about the big upset for the Indian fans. Some players in the Indian team have tested positive for COVID-19 ahead of the ODI series.

Some big names have tested positive for the Indian team. Shreyas Iyer, opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan, and Rituraj Gaikwad are among those eight players who were found positive for COVID-19.

The first match of the ODI series is scheduled for February 6 at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. It will definitely press the panic button in the Indian team and the management. With such a short span of time to manage another team, who can replace these players. With both openers, Shikhar Dhawan and Rituraj Gaikwad, tested positive and KL Rahul out of the first match, it will be difficult for the Indian management to choose the playing XI.

•Ruturaj Gaikwad (2nd time).

•Shreyas Iyer.

•Navdeep Saini.
